Terms & Conditions

Service Description:
A VIP Day consisting of six (6) hours of exclusive, focused work on your business, including:

• In-Depth Financial Review (P&L Statements)
• Ad Reviews and Strategies
• Email Marketing Enhancement
• SMS Marketing Optimisation
• Conversational Marketing Strategies
• Vision and Planning Session
  
• Plus a FREE wellbeing gift card (Value TBC)

Payment Terms:

1. Total Cost: $3000 + GST

2. Upfront Payment: Full payment of $3000 + GST is required at the time of booking to secure your VIP Day.

3. Payment Methods: Payments can be made via the Stripe link provided.

4. Cancellation Policy:

   • Client Cancellation: If you need to cancel your VIP Day, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made 7 days or less before the scheduled date will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total cost.
   • Provider Cancellation: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule, you will be given the option to reschedule to a mutually agreeable date or receive a full refund.
     
     

5. Refund Policy:

   • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled VIP Day will receive a full refund.
   • Cancellations made 7 days or less before the scheduled date will receive a 50% refund.
     
     

6. Service Guarantee: We are committed to providing high-quality service. If you are not satisfied with the VIP Day, please contact us within 7 days of the session to discuss your concerns.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Scope of Services: The VIP Day includes a comprehensive review and strategic planning session as described above. Any additional services or hours requested will be subject to additional fees and must be agreed upon in advance.

2. Confidentiality: All information shared during the VIP Day will be kept confidential. Both parties agree not to disclose any proprietary or confidential information to any third party without prior written consent.

3. Intellectual Property: Any materials, strategies, or content developed during the VIP Day remain the intellectual property of Ecom Co by Karina Nagel. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for their own business purposes.

4. Limitation of Liability: Ecom Co will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the services provided. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the VIP Day.

5. Force Majeure: Ecom Co will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, or interruptions in power or communications.

6. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of NSW, Australia. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of NSW, Australia.

7. Amendments: Ecom Co reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance.

Agreement: By purchasing a VIP Day, you agree to the above payment terms and conditions and the full terms and conditions provided.
